Who doesn’t feel the need to do a little detox now and then? If that time is now for you, why not try this incredible salad of carrots, cabbage, apples, radishes and seeds? The dressing is equally nutritious and ‘body beneficial’ with fresh ginger, honey*, olive oil and lemon (*you can substitute honey with a vegan sweetener of your choice).

  1. These are beautiful salads –so much more appealing (and tastier) than just a pile of lettuce with dressing! They all look amazing. I especially can’t wait to try the Strawberry, Fennel and Orange one. Yum!!

  2. I’ve tried my first Bulgur Salad just 2 months ago when we were in Bulgaria at our friends! They are such huge professionals with everything’s about bulgur. And meat as well 🙂
